Our precautionary measures:

There is nothing more important to our company than the health and safety of our customers, staff and the greater community.

We have put in place a controlled and safe environment for our team members to fulfill online orders ensuring social distancing and hygiene measures continue to be strictly followed.

We will also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure parcels arrive in the safest way possible.

We are continuing to monitor and act on the guidance issued by the Australian Government, state governments and their respective health departments here in Australia, along with advice from the World Health Organisation.

What we’re doing to support our customers:

In addition to our safe work practices, we have ensured our product supply chain can continue to operate. We have extra stock on hand to provide quick distribution to our customers & have additional support on-hand to make sure you can access the product quickly.

Our Sales & Distribution team are all equipped with our personal hand sanitizers or our automatic spray stations to ensure they have a high-level of protection handling your products during packaging & visitation.

As pandemic information is updated by our local government agencies, we will make adjustments to our procedures & general operations.
